Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Perform preventive maintenance of VRF and VRV systems

  • Troubleshoot and repair system faults and breakdowns

  • Diagnose and resolve:

    • Communication errors

    • PCB/control issues

    • Sensor faults

    • Gas leakage and refrigerant issues

  • Check system performance and ensure proper cooling efficiency

  • Handle emergency breakdown calls and provide quick solutions

  • Carry out testing, fault finding, and corrective maintenance

  • Maintain service records and submit proper reports

  • Coordinate with supervisors and team for maintenance activities

  • Follow safety standards during all service works

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in VRF/VRV maintenance

  • Strong troubleshooting skills in VRF and VRV systems

  • Good knowledge of control systems and diagnostics

  • Experience with major brands preferred

  • Ability to handle site issues independently

  • GCC experience is an advantage

  • Driving license is an advantage

  • Basic English communication skills preferred


Preferred Skills

  • Strong understanding of HVAC maintenance procedures

  • Ability to work under pressure and attend urgent calls

  • Technically strong and responsible
