Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Install, inspect, and commission VRV/VRF air conditioning systems.
Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with compressors, expansion valves, fan motors, sensors, PCB controllers, and communication wiring.
Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals related to VRV/VRF systems.
Commission new systems, including initial setup, configuration of digital controllers, and connectivity with building management systems (BMS).
Document work performed in detailed service reports, update maintenance logs, and communicate findings to supervisors, facility managers, or clients.
Maintain safety standards by using appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and following company/OEM protocols.
Desired Candidate Profile
Possesses a High School Diploma or equivalent; a degree or diploma in HVAC/R technology is preferred.
Demonstrates 1+ years of hands-on experience in the installation, service, and repair of VRV or similar HVAC systems.
