Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Greet and engage customers with a warm, inviting demeanor to create a memorable first impression.
- Take accurate orders for food and beverages, ensuring to clarify any special requests or dietary restrictions.
- Serve food and beverages efficiently while adhering to presentation standards that reflect the establishment’s brand.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and barista station, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
Desired Candidate Profile
- High school diploma or equivalent; culinary or hospitality education is a plus.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a fast-paced restaurant or café environment.
- Barista certification or relevant training in coffee preparation and beverage crafting is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and cash handling processes for efficient transaction management.
