Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately, ensuring proper table setting and presentation.
Coordinate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders.
Monitor table turnover and anticipate guests' needs, ensuring efficient and smooth service.
Address any concerns or issues raised by guests promptly and professionally, seeking appropriate resolutions.
Acquire in-depth knowledge of the menu items, including ingredients, preparation methods, and potential allergens.
Stay informed about daily specials, promotions, and any changes to the menu.
Answer questions from guests regarding the menu, offering suggestions and accommodating individual preferences.
Desired Candidate Profile
Greet and seat guests, providing a warm welcome and creating a friendly and inviting atmosphere.
Assist guests in selecting menu items, providing recommendations and descriptions of dishes.
Take and accurately record food and beverage orders, ensuring special requests or dietary restrictions are communicated to the kitchen staff.
