Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Greet and escort customers / guests
Present menu and provide detailed information on hot / cold beverages
Offer menu recommendations upon request
Take accurate orders & repeat orders on time / as per the sequence.
Serve food and drink orders
Arrange table settings of meeting / conference rooms.
Follow all relevant health regulations
Provide excellent service to guests
Report lost & found items immediately to the responsible team leader/Supervisor.
Knowledge in preparing various ranges of hot / cold beverages (tea & coffee etc.)
Dress in complete company uniform during working hours.
Ensure adequate availability of kitchen supplies & materials
Ensure the pantry is cleaned & well organized before leaving duly.
Adhere properly to telephone orders for company guests.
Maintains proper grooming and a high standard of personal hygiene and to meet mandated health compliance regulations at all time
