What You ll Do

* Welcome guests warmly and provide an exceptional hospitality experience.
* Present menus, explain items, and assist guests in making food and beverage selections.
* Accurately take and process orders through the POS system.
* Serve meals and drinks promptly while maintaining professional standards.
* Ensure tables are set, cleared, and cleaned before and after guest use.
* Upsell food and beverage options to maximize sales.
* Address guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints courteously and efficiently.
* Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate service.
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area at all times.
* Follow hygiene, grooming, health, and safety regulations.
* Support stock rotation, replenishment, and inventory tasks.
* Assist colleagues during busy periods or special events to ensure smooth operations.

Ideal Profile

* Minimum 1 year of experience in F&B or hospitality, with cinema or restaurant experience preferred.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude.
* Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
* Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
