Main Responsibilities
• Check completed kitchen orders with the order taker or guest s original order; transport items to the guestroom in a timely manner to ensure proper food quality.
• Deliver food orders including any special needs or requests to the guest in-room
• Greet guests, describe selected items to the guest using interesting, and vivid descriptions of the each item s, origin, taste, and preparation methods; communicate options for removal of trays and dishware; respond to request for tray removal according to established time standards.
• Breakdown, clean and set-up of room service tables, condiment set-ups, flatware, dishware, and room service side stations.
• Maintain full stock of mini bar
• Ensure all the expiry date of Items in mini bar
• Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and offer suggestions, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests. .
• Work across all areas of Private Dining and Minibar Department, to ensure that guest expectations are exceeded and standards are consistently maintained.
• To be fully conversant with all Private Dining and Minibar policies and procedures.
• Attend daily briefing and get a handover from the previous shift
• Able to work any shift that is assigned to him/her by Management or Supervisor
• Perform any other duties that may be assigned to him/her
• Report any unusual and suspicious behaviour of guests or staff to supervisor and security
• Ensure to comply with the grooming standard
• Ensure compliance with legislated health and safety requirements within the work place
• Conduct duties in a courteous, safe and efficient manner, in accordance with St. Regis Abu Dhabi policies and procedures, ensuring that the highest level of service and communication is maintained
