Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide warm, professional service in our restaurants and lounges guiding guests through menus, coordinating with kitchen/bar, and ensuring every meal is seamless.

  • Welcome guests, present menus, explain specials, and take accurate orders.
  • Serve food and beverages promptly; anticipate needs and handle requests.
  • Upsell pairings/promotions; maintain table setups and side stations.
  • Process bills and payments accurately via POS; follow cash-handling SOPs.
  • Uphold hygiene/safety standards (HACCP) and impeccable grooming.
  • Coordinate with Hosts, Captains, Culinary, and Bar for smooth service; support events/banquets as needed.

Desired Candidate Profile

1 2 years F&B service experience in a 4/5-star hotel or upscale restaurant.

  • Strong guest-interaction skills and professional appearance.
  • Excellent command of English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Comfortable with POS systems and high-volume service.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Immediate joiners preferred.
