Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Craft high-quality beverages with precision, ensuring every cup reflects our brand's standards and customer expectations.
  • Engage with customers to recommend menu items and create personalized experiences, enhancing customer loyalty.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including the coffee machine, utensils, and dining space to ensure a welcoming environment.
  • Handle cash and electronic payment transactions accurately, ensuring a smooth checkout process and minimizing discrepancies.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in barista training or hospitality is a plus.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in a fast-paced food and beverage environment, showcasing a strong understanding of customer service.
  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous for diverse customer interaction.
  • Strong technical skills in operating espresso machines and brewing equipment, with a passion for coffee culture and trends.
