Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-oriented Waitress to join our Food & Beverage team at Ras Al Khaimah Hotel. The ideal candidate should have a passion for hospitality, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing outstanding guest service.
Key Responsibilities: Welcome and seat guests in a professional and courteous manner. Present menus, take food and beverage orders accurately, and serve items efficiently. Ensure high standards of service quality, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction. Maintain proper table setup and cleanliness in the dining area. Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff for timely order delivery. Handle guest complaints or requests professionally and report major issues to the supervisor. Follow all hygiene, health, and safety regulations. Upsell menu items and daily specials to enhance guest experience. Support team members and participate in daily briefings and training sessions.
Desired Candidate Profile
Previous experience as a waitress or in customer service (hotel or restaurant experience preferred). Good communication and interpersonal skills. Pleasant personality with a positive attitude and teamwork spirit. Basic knowledge of food and beverage service standards. Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and public holidays. Presentable appearance and good personal hygiene.
