Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Greet guests with a warm, genuine welcome and promptly seat them, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Manage the restaurant's seating chart efficiently, optimizing table turnover and minimizing wait times.
  • Answer phone calls, take reservations accurately, and manage guest inquiries with a professional demeanor.
  • Maintain a clean and organized host/hostess station, including menus, reservation books, and waiting area.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required; additional hospitality training is a plus.
  • Prior experience in a customer service role, preferably in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse guests.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
