Requirements: nbsp
• Must have minimum 2 years UAE Hotel experience as a Waitress in a 4/5 Star Hotel
• Must have excellent communication skills
• Must be available in UAE
1. Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
• Performs all necessary tasks to serve food & beverage according to the service standards and operating manuals of the hotel.
• Responsible for maintaining and upkeep of all service equipment/ materials.
• Responsible for maintaining hygiene and cleanliness standards in the outlet/ service area.
• Responsible for getting stock for stores and maintaining hygienic standards in storage.
• Ensure minimum wastage, breakage & spoilage.
• Responsible for all service preparation before, during and after the service (mise-en-place and mise-en-scene).
• Assists waiters in serving food and drinks.
• Clears and re-sets table.
• Clears service stations of soiled equipment and re-stock with clean equipment.
• Performs cleaning tasks.
• To be capable of operating all equipment inside the restaurant.
• Performs sequence of service.
• Fold Linens.
• Clean and prepare sufficient condiment.
• Conducts Linen Exchange.
• Collects requisitioned items from the storeroom, for food supplies, guest supplies and beverage supplies.
• Follows up and pick-up order for food and drinks.
2. General Responsibilities
Reports to work in prescribed uniform and well groomed.
• Reports to the Supervisor at the start of shift to receive necessary instruction for the shift, side duties assigned, station assignment, menu changes, guest comments and complain.
• Polishes glassware, chinaware, flatware and silver ware.
• Communicates with guests, government officials and other important individuals in the performance of work and in promoting the outlets and the Hotel.
• nbspInvolvement of community projects or activities in order to promoting the hotel s image and cooperation to improve community relationship.
• Flexibility in monitoring multiple tables.
• To be able to set up different types of meeting room and break-down the banquet operations procedure.
• Familiar with the company s internal policies and safety procedures
• nbspTo adhere to Company and Hotel rules and regulations at all times
nbsp 3 Occasional Responsibilities
• Assists the Supervisor in the monthly and daily operating equipment inventory.
• Reports any unusual incident, guest complains, lost and found, breakage and losses to the Service Supervisor.
• Attends pre-meal briefing and de-briefing daily and the monthly F&B Staff Meeting.
• Attends all meetings and training sessions organized by Hotel Management for the staff.
• To be responsible for cost saving on guest supplies, food supplies, electricity, water, etc.
• To report any equipment failures/problems to the Maintenance Department.
• To participate in any Training/Developments schemes as recommended by senior management.
• To assist the Duty Manager in any task outlined/detailed by him/her.
• To comply with any reasonable request made by management to the best of your ability.

• To ensure that the standards required by Law and by Management are maintained at all times in the areas specified above.
