• Respond to internal and external HR related concerns and provide assistance
• Maintain records of personnel-related data (payroll, personal information, leaves, turnover rates etc.) in both paper and the database and ensure all employment requirements are met
• Liaise with other departments or functions (payroll, benefits etc.)
• Handle the visa processing in coordination with the PRO
• Perform orientations, onboarding and update records with new hires
• Produce and submit reports on general HR activity
• Assist in ad-hoc HR projects, like collection of employee feedback
• Support other functions as assigned

HR / Human Relations / Industrial Relations

Desired Candidate Profile

• At least 1 year UAE working experience in the same position.
• Excellent knowledge of the UAE Labor Laws.
• Must be familiar with HR Policies & Programs.
• Experienced in Payroll Management & Employee Benefits.
• Excellent in record and reports management.
• Computer savvy
• Willing to work 6 days a week
