Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description:
Responsible for managing warehouse accounts and inventory, including monitoring inventory records, preparing inventory reports, assisting with stock counts, and ensuring accuracy of financial and inventory data.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Track and record inventory movements within the warehouse.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly inventory reports.
  • Assist in periodic stock counts and ensure actual inventory matches records.
  • Ensure compliance with financial and inventory policies and procedures.
  • Support warehouse and finance teams in any inventory-related tasks.

Required Experience:

  • Previous experience in accounting or inventory management (preferably in warehouses).
  • Proficient in accounting software and inventory management systems.
  • High accuracy and strong organizational skills.
