Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods to minimize delays and optimize space utilization.
  • Implement and maintain inventory management systems, conducting regular cycle counts and audits to ensure accuracy and minimize discrepancies.
  • Manage and coordinate the logistics of inbound and outbound shipments, negotiating with carriers to secure favorable rates and ensure timely deliveries.
  • Supervise warehouse staff, providing training, performance evaluations, and fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Holds relevant certifications such as a Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) or a Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP).
  • Demonstrates a minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in warehouse and logistics management, preferably within the manufacturing or distribution sector.
  • Exhibits a strong understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) software.
