� Operational Management

• Assist in supervising day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatching of goods

• Ensure timely and accurate processing of inbound and outbound shipments

• Monitor warehouse workflows and optimize processes for efficiency

• Coordinate with logistics and procurement teams for smooth operations

� Team Supervision

• Assist in managing, guiding, and motivating warehouse staff

• Allocate tasks and monitor performance of warehouse team members

• Support in conducting training and onboarding of new employees

• Ensure team adherence to company policies and procedures

� Inventory Management

• Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records using WMS or ERP systems

• Conduct regular stock counts, cycle counts, and reconciliation

• Identify and report discrepancies, damages, or shortages promptly

• Ensure proper labeling, storage, and rotation of stock (FIFO/FEFO)

� Health, Safety & Compliance

• Enforce warehouse safety regulations and best practices

• Ensure compliance with company SOPs and regulatory requirements

• Conduct routine safety inspections and report hazards

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment

� Documentation & Reporting

• Assist in preparing daily/weekly/monthly operational reports

• Maintain proper documentation for shipments, receipts, and stock movements

• Coordinate with relevant departments for timely reporting

• Ensure accurate data entry in warehouse management systems

� Equipment & Facility Management

• Oversee the proper use and maintenance of warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.)

• Report equipment malfunctions or maintenance requirements

• Ensure proper utilization of warehouse space and resources
