Location :- Abu Dhabi


Brief about company :- Petrochem Performance Chemicals (PPC) (Part of Mazrui International).

PPC specializes in drilling fluids and associated equipment services. We increase customer asset value through the provision of cost effective, customized technical solutions in the drilling and completion fluids, solids control, filtration equipment, and waste management services. Our geographical territory covers the Middle East and Caspian with current operations in the UAE, Iraq, Kuwait, and Yemen.

Designation :- Warehouse Coordinator


Job Objective :-

  • To ensure efficient and safe handling of drilling fluids and chemical materials within the warehouse by managing receiving, storage, inventory control, and dispatch activities. The role supports accurate stock management, timely material movement, and compliance with HSE and operational procedures to ensure uninterrupted support to field and project operations in Abu Dhabi.

  • Preparation of logistics plans to support all relevant operation with the programme & maintain project offices sufficient to support their needs & in full complains with other regulations.


Key Responsibilities/Duties :-

  • Coordinate in managing daily warehouse workflow: inbound, outbound, picking, sorting, manifesting, and dispatch.

  • Monitor KPIs and route planning for last-mile delivery with performance tracking.

  • Coordinate with shipping partners, hubs, and client teams to ensure on-time dispatch and accuracy.

  • Optimize resource allocation, staff scheduling, and workflow distribution for productivity improvement.

  • Oversee WMS-based order closing, SO updates, exception checks, failed delivery cases, and route closure.

  • Prepare productivity reports, , and weekly management updates.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records in the system and ensure reconciliation of physical stock with system entries through regular cycle counts.

  • Ensure proper segregation, labeling, and safe handling of hazardous drilling fluids and chemicals in compliance with company HSE and industry standards.

  • Responsible to work in assigned locations for operating equipments such as Filtration Unit, Centrifuges and shearing units

  • Maintain Cleanliness of equipment and ensure that equipment assigned in good working condition by routine checkups and if any abnormal condition is found inform Yard in Charge.

  • Assist Yard in charge for loading, offloading & handling the material.

  • Responsible for assisting Yard in charge on assigned jobs.

  • Ensure that all storage areas are kept at an acceptable cleanliness level.

  • Follow the quality, environmental and QHSE system.

  • Follow and adhere to PPC policies and processes.


Specialized Knowledge :-

  • Good organization and communication skills required.

  • Must be able to work as part of a team.

  • Basic comprehension of English is required


Ability & Skills :-

  • Able To work under pressure & Meet deadlines


Experience :-

  • A minimum 3 years’ experience is preferred


Academic Qualifications :-

  • High School level education preferred. Any other relevant diplomas


Accountabilities and Performance Measures :-

  • Follow all HSE standard procedures in operation.

  • Report any unsafe act and unsafe condition, follow the Stop Work Authority.

  • Employee must use PPE in accordance with training, instructions and requirement of the job.

  • Work within all established safety guidelines, ensuring that safety policies and procedures are adhered to at all times.

  • Comply with Training requirements.

  • Be clean sheaved when working at the rig site.

  • Experience of handling chemicals will be an added advantage but not mandatory.

  • The person will manage full warehouse coordination, documentation, using oracle, receiving the materials (different kind of drilling fluids/chemicals), storing, managing inventory, dispatching, loading, unloading, preparing reports, should have basic functional computer skills and should be able to communicate in English (spoken and written). Ideally the person should have some basic understanding of commercial/cost impact due to operational delays etc. However, looking at the budget, we just need to try and find someone as close as possible to the role.
