Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials and components.

  • Organize and maintain inventory levels for manufacturing and assembly operations.
  • Issue raw materials and parts to production teams as needed.
  • Update inventory records accurately using the Odoo system.
  • Perform regular stock counts and reconciliations.
  • Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of all products and materials.
  • Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization.
  • Coordinate with the procurement and production departments for stock needs.
  • Prepare and dispatch finished products according to shipping schedules.
  • Follow all safety and quality control procedures.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Warehouse Keeper, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Must be familiar with using a Warehouse Management System ; experience with Odoo is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Basic computer literacy (MS Office).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in the manufacturing or assembly of electronic or mechanical devices is a plus.
