Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end logistics, transportation, and distribution operations
Develop and execute logistics strategies aligned with business growth
Optimize fleet management, route planning, and delivery performance
Oversee inventory movement, warehousing coordination, and dispatch planning
Monitor and improve KPIs (OTIF, cost per delivery, turnaround time, shrinkage)
Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and operational standards
Drive continuous improvement and automation initiatives
Lead, mentor, and develop logistics and warehouse teams
Collaborate closely with procurement, retail operations, and finance
Desired Candidate Profile
10+ years of progressive experience in Logistics/Supply Chain (Retail/FMCG preferred)
Proven leadership in managing large-scale distribution operations
Strong analytical, planning, and cost-control capabilities
Experience with WMS/ERP systems and logistics optimization
Strategic mindset with hands-on operational control
