Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient flow of goods while maintaining high safety standards.
- Develop and implement inventory management strategies to minimize costs and maximize space utilization.
- Lead a team of warehouse staff, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement through training and mentorship.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive operational excellence and achieve performance targets.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field, providing a solid academic foundation.
Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in warehouse management, demonstrating a track record of successful team leadership.
Certification in supply chain management (e.g., APICS, CPIM) is highly valued, showcasing your commitment to industry standards.
Experience in automated warehouse systems is crucial, reflecting the ability to adapt to technological advancements.
