Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end warehouse operations (inbound, storage, outbound, returns).
Ensure inventory accuracy with strict FIFO and expiry management.
Maintain high fill rates (>90%) across Q-commerce and e-commerce platforms.
Coordinate with procurement for timely inward of local and import goods.
Monitor packaging material stock and warehouse availability.
Ensure proper scanning of all IN/OUT transactions with zero discrepancies.
Track and reconcile POs, deliveries, returns, and damages.
Conduct regular audits for expiry, damage, and compliance (FMCG products).
Coordinate with finance for timely invoicing post deliveries.
Oversee dispatch planning and night operations.
Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations and certifications (PIC).
Maintain UAE labeling and packaging compliance with vendors.
Manage pest control and warehouse hygiene standards.
Track stock movement, expiry, and returns, reporting issues proactively.
Plan delivery schedules and rosters.
Align online inventory with real-time warehouse stock.
Raise POs for packing materials and operational supplies.
Manage labour and driver attendance.
Coordinate for timely vendor payments.
Desired Candidate Profile
3–6 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in the FMCG / Food / Perishables sector (MANDATORY).
Strong understanding of inventory management, FIFO, expiry handling, and cold chain (if applicable).
Experience handling Q-commerce / e-commerce operations (Amazon, Noon, etc.) is highly preferred.
Familiarity with Dubai Municipality regulations and compliance (PIC certification is a plus).
Proficient in Excel and warehouse tracking systems (WMS preferred).
Strong coordination skills across procurement, finance, and operations teams.
Ability to manage high-volume, fast-paced warehouse environments.
Good leadership skills to handle warehouse staff, labour, and drivers.
