Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a versatile Warehouse & Inventory Manager to oversee both the physical operations of our warehouse and the accuracy of our inventory systems.
The ideal candidate will ensure efficient storage, handling, and distribution of goods while maintaining precise stock records and optimizing supply chain processes.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise warehouse daily operations
- Manage inbound and outbound logistics (receiving, shipping, dispatch)
- Organize warehouse layout and optimize storage space
- Monitor and analyze inventory levels and trends
- Coordinate with suppliers for replenishment and demand forecasting
- Prevent shortages or overstock situations through accurate planning
- Maintain compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards
- Prepare reports on warehouse performance and inventory accuracy

Desired Candidate Profile

Proven experience in warehouse and/or inventory management - Strong leadership, organizational, and analytical skills - Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Inventory Management Systems (IMS/ERP) - Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities - Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, business, or related field preferred
