This role ensures compliance with HSE standards, optimizes space utilization, and maintains operational excellence across all inbound and outbound logistics activities.

The Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing all warehouse operations at Weatherford's manufacturing facility, ensuring efficient storage, material handling, inventory accuracy, and timely dispatch. This role ensures compliance with HSE standards, optimizes space utilization, and maintains operational excellence across all inbound and outbound logistics activities.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching materials and equipment.
- Implement and maintain inventory control systems ensuring >98% stock accuracy.
- Lead cycle counts and full inventory audits in coordination with Supply Chain and Finance teams.
- Ensure compliance with HSE regulations, lifting/rigging standards, and safe material handling procedures.
- Coordinate material readiness for production and service operations to avoid delays.
- Oversee warehouse layout optimization and storage planning.
- Manage warehouse staff scheduling, training, and performance.
- Monitor key logistics KPIs (turnaround time, accuracy, utilization) and drive improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate with freight providers, procurement, and customs teams when applicable.
Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Proficiency in ERP/WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, JDE preferred)
- Knowledge of material handling equipment, rigging, and safety protocols
- Excellent problem-solving and process optimization mindset
- Strong communication and cross-functional coordination skills
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 7+ years of warehouse or logistics management in manufacturing or oilfield services
- Experience with inventory control methodologies such as FIFO/FEFO, cycle counting, lean warehousing
