Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Operate powered industrial trucks (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) to load and unload goods and deliveries.
  • Transport materials to and from storage areas, machines, loading docks, trucks, or designated storage facilities.
  • Collect and prepare branch orders by accurately picking the specified quantity and type of merchandise.
  • Assemble various types of goods for delivery based on branch requirements.
  • Deliver prepared orders to the designated dispatch or delivery platform for branch distribution.
  • Coordinate with the storekeeper to ensure timely and accurate shipment of goods.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse and storage areas.
  • Follow safety protocols and operational procedures while handling equipment and goods.
  • Report any discrepancies, damages, or inventory issues to the supervisor or storekeeper.

Education:

  • Secondary School Certificate

Skills, Knowledge & Abilities:

  • Communication (Read, Write, Verbal)
  • Keen Attention to Detail
  • Ability to Lift Heavy Objects
  • Safety Conscious
  • Attention to detail and familiarity with industrial equipment
  • Excellent physical condition and coordination
  • Valid UAE Licence and certification to operate forklifts/Reach truck
  • Ability to follow directions & a strong willingness to learn

Experience:
