Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain accurate inventory records using WMS or ERP systems, ensuring real-time visibility of stock levels.
  • Oversee the receiving, inspection, and storage of incoming goods, verifying against purchase orders and resolving discrepancies swiftly.
  • Prepare and process outgoing shipments, including picking, packing, and labeling orders accurately for timely dispatch.
  • Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory checks to reconcile discrepancies and maintain data integrity.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a high school diploma or equivalent, demonstrating a foundational level of education.
  • Holds a relevant certification, such as a Certified Warehouse Associate (CWA), showcasing specialized knowledge.
  • Has experience in the retail or manufacturing sector, providing industry-specific familiarity.
  • Demonstrates 2+ years of experience in warehouse operations, indicating practical application of skills.
