Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain accurate inventory records using WMS or ERP systems, ensuring real-time visibility of stock levels.
- Oversee the receiving, inspection, and storage of incoming goods, verifying against purchase orders and resolving discrepancies swiftly.
- Prepare and process outgoing shipments, including picking, packing, and labeling orders accurately for timely dispatch.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory checks to reconcile discrepancies and maintain data integrity.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Possesses a high school diploma or equivalent, demonstrating a foundational level of education.
- Holds a relevant certification, such as a Certified Warehouse Associate (CWA), showcasing specialized knowledge.
- Has experience in the retail or manufacturing sector, providing industry-specific familiarity.
- Demonstrates 2+ years of experience in warehouse operations, indicating practical application of skills.
