Warehouse Supervisor (3PL & Own Distribution) - Jabel Ali Dubai

Summary:
We are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor (3PL & Own Distribution) with strong experience in SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM). The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring accurate inventory management, efficient space utilization, manpower allocation, and adherence to safety and quality standards. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring operational excellence and deep understanding of warehouse systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and continuously monitor overall warehouse operations to ensure smooth functioning.
• Verify tally sheets and put-away records prepared by clerks and TSP operators for accuracy.
• Ensure all material-handling equipment is operated by authorized personnel only.
• Maintain housekeeping, hygiene, and cargo integrity within the warehouse.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with the Customer Service team.
• Allocate space efficiently based on shipment schedules, volumes, and storage conditions.
• Optimize manpower and equipment utilization while minimizing overtime.
• Prepare and submit daily operational reports to the Head of Logistics.
• Coordinate with security for truck/container placement and gate pass checks.
• Oversee timely offloading, put-away, picking, packing, loading, and VAS activities.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and stock rotation to prevent discrepancies or damages.
• Ensure QHSES standards are maintained at all times.
• Train and supervise warehouse staff to adhere to company policies and customer SOPs.
• Lead daily operations flexibly to meet customer and business demands.
• Maintain operational reports (Vehicle, Inbound, Outbound, Utilization, etc.).
• Measure and report warehouse efficiency and employee performance.

Experience:

• 2–4 years of relevant experience in warehouse operations and supervision.
• Experience managing 3PL and own distribution operations using SAP EWM.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.

Technical Skills:

• SAP – Extended Warehouse Management (EWM)
• Warehouse Management System (WMS)
• MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
