Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Ensure that daily warehouse meet daily performance expectations.

  • Measure and report the effectiveness of warehousing activities and labor performance.
  • Relate and consolidate all the company DC s stocks with a coding system
  • Mentor in Organize and maintain inventory and storage area.
  • Ensure shipments and inventory transactions accuracy.
  • Communicate job expectations and coach employees.
  • Determine staffing levels and assign workload.
  • Ensure that facility equipment is properly maintained.
  • Communicate and collaborate with other team members
  • Train, guide, and evaluate new warehouse workers.
  • Track expenses related to fuel, storage, and truck maintenance.
  • Maintains storage area by organizing floor space; adhering to storage design principles; and recommending improvements.
  • Maintains inventory by conducting monthly physical counts; reconciling variances; inputting data.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Logistics, or relevant fields.

  • Stock Management certifications is a plus.
  • 5- 7 years experience as a Warehouse Supervisor, FMCG or Manufacturing background is preferred.
  • Knowledge of ERP Systems and MS Office proficiency.
  • Ability to manage inventory.
  • Ability to analyze data and provide insights from data.
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
