As a Warehouse Supervisor in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations within the warehouse, ensuring that all goods are received, stored, and dispatched efficiently and safely. Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency and safety are maintained at all times.
• Manage and lead a team of warehouse staff and ensure clear job roles.
• Coordinate with logistics to plan and execute delivery schedules and routes.
• Ensure proper inventory control procedures, including accurate stock management.
• Maintain and improve safety protocols to mitigate any risk and ensure compliance.
• Identify and implement process improvements for greater operational efficiency.
• Handle the receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations within guidelines.
• Develop and enforce policies and procedures to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor and report on the performance metrics of the warehouse operations.
• Facilitate staff training programs that enhance skills and productivity.
• Ensure facility and equipment maintenance to reduce disruptions and cost.
• Coordinate with departments to ensure the accuracy of shipping and receiving logs.

Requirements
