Warehouse Supervisor

Main Job Responsibilities:

1. Manage daily work in the warehouse, including setting schedules, sharing tasks, and making sure goals are met.
2. Use advanced systems to keep track of inventory and make sure all stock movements are recorded accurately.
3. Guide the team in using automated systems for picking, packing, and shipping products quickly and accurately.
4. Train new staff on how to use warehouse technology and follow safety rules.
5. Keep the warehouse safe and clean by following company rules.
6. Work closely with the Warehouse Manager to find ways to do things better and bring in new technology.
7. Fix any issues quickly to keep operations running smoothly.
8. Keep track of important warehouse activities and share updates.
9. Regularly check for safety issues and make sure the warehouse meets all safety standards.
10. Help plan and carry out inventory checks and report on how accurate our inventory is.
11. Work with the IT department to fix any technical problems with warehouse systems and machinery quickly.
12. Join meetings with the warehouse management team to discuss supply chain and technology plans to improve operations.

Key Performance Indicators:

1. Keep inventory records very accurate (above 99.7%).
2. Make sure at least 99.5% of orders are filled correctly and on time.
3. Have no accidents or safety problems in the warehouse.
4. Improve the speed of processing orders by 10% each year.
5. Keep warehouse machines and systems working well at least 99% of the time.
6. Keep customer satisfaction high, aiming for at least 95% happy customers.
