Promote and contribute to the development of the watch segment in Middle East & India in accordance with the strategic direction of the Maison and the strategic plan of the region, whilst upholding the Maison s values.
Adapt and implement the global watch strategy for the region
• Contribute to the definition of the strategic plan, following guidelines from HQ
• Formalize, lead and implement relevant 360 action plans to support the development of the watch business in the region, in link with other departments
• Recommend a relevant stock circulation in the region and implement, according to momentums and client presentations
Lead the coordination of novelties launches on the region
• Define launch plans and coordinate their implementation with all stakeholders (Communication, PR (launch events), Commercial, specific training plans to the boutique staff, VM, CRM)
• Providing the right level of stock amongst the network in collaboration with Supply chain
• Build the relevant product training tools to support the launch
• Coordinate a relevant 360 action plan per country if needed with communication and commercial departments to support the launch
• Monitor closely the sales results and share key learnings/bestpractices within the network
Federate teams around watches
• Pilot the Watch Academy animation which gather interest around watches, share experience and implement actions plans in the region
• Develop and rollout watch trainings within the region: in-store, manipulation, with the support of the Training Team, in order to improve the level of confidence on this category
Manage the daily activity of the watch segment
• Represent the Maison during events or client/press presentations, and Induction trainings
• Animate the network with relevant content on the watch activity of the region
• Conduct regular Sales Analysis, share keylearnings and propose action plan
• Conduct competition and trends analysis, and share keylearnings
• Monitor closely the stock representation of the active range in the region s network, in accordance with HQ guidelines
• Monitor closely the boutique and sales associates needs in terms of stock and sales tools
• Ensure the accuracy and definition of the references in the Price Lists sent to the boutiques, in accordance with the Operations Director
• Collaborate with visual merchandising to optimize visibility of the collections
• Manage Special Orders (CS), Special Editions and client presentations for Exclusive timepieces
• Management of leather straps (stock and sales followup)
• Relevant University Degree (preferred)
• Previous relevant marketing experience (at least 2 years)
• Strong interest for the luxury field, High Jewelry and Watch markets
• Strong communication skills in English (French and/or Arabic would be a plus)
• Flexible and able to multi-task
• Organized, pragmatic, able to manage and coordinate projects with team members and other departments
• Results-oriented and problem-solving person
• Team player
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
