Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day progress of all active website projects.

  • Translate client requirements into clear technical tasks.

  • Assign tasks and manage deliverables of remote freelancers.

  • Communicate with clients through WhatsApp for updates and approvals.

  • Prepare and maintain project timelines, milestones, and reports.

  • Ensure quality control and conduct testing before delivery.

  • Handle revision requests and coordinate post-launch support.

  • Set up and manage simple project management tools.

  • Hire and onboard new freelancers when workload expands.

  • Report directly to the founder with weekly updates.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 2 + years of experience in web project management, coordination, or team leadership in a digital agency.

  • Solid understanding of WordPress / Shopify, basic plugins, hosting, and CMS workflows.

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

  • Comfortable managing multiple projects at once.

  • Strong problem-solving and people-management skills.

  • Good English and Fluent Arabic.
