Job Description :
• * Check, sort and forward emails
• * Take and deliver messages for guests
• * Store luggage and valuables as needed
• * Assist with and book tours and activities for guests
• * Maintain a friendly, personable disposition
• * Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
• * Keep updated records and files
• * Receive letters, packages etc. and distribute them
• * Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence, securing parcels etc.
Job Skills :
• * Strong communication and people skills
• * Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
• * Problem-solving skills
• * Proficient in English
• * Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• * Customer service orientation
• * Familiarity with office machines
• * Knowledge of office management and basic bookkeeping

• * High School diploma; additional qualifications will be a plus
