Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Take accurate measurements and ensure precise alignment.
Always follow specifications and instructions to achieve maximum efficiency.
Prepare and set up components for welding.
Maintain equipment in proper working condition.
Report any damage or malfunction of machines and equipment to the supervisor immediately.
Demonstrate sound knowledge of metallurgy.
Possess strong knowledge of various welding techniques, including TIG, MIG, arc, and oxy-fuel welding.
Apply both manual and mechanical welding techniques effectively.
Desired Candidate Profile
Technical certificate or diploma in Welding or related field.
Proven experience in industrial welding and fabrication.
Ability to read blueprints and take accurate measurements.
Skilled in TIG, MIG, arc, and oxy-fuel welding.
Knowledge of metallurgy and welding techniques.
Strong focus on safety, quality, and efficiency.
Good teamwork and communication skills.
