Job Title: MIG Welder / Sheet-Metal Fabricator (Immediate join)

Location: [Gulf Country – UAE/Sharjah preferred]

Employment Type: Full-Time Start Date: Immediate / On-site

Key Responsibilities: Perform MIG welding (GMAW) on stainless steel (GI,MS,SS) sheet metal, fabrications and assemblies, ensuring high quality and finish. Work with laser-cut parts and sheet metal components: fitting, weld-up, grind, finish.

Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, welding symbols and fabrication instructions; translate team/engineering input into executed work.

Collaborate closely with design/engineering/R&D team members to ensure the fabricated parts meet specification (tolerances, finish, strength).

Set up welding machines, select appropriate wire/gas/filler, monitor weld parameters, ensure proper penetration and minimal distortion.

Carry out welding of joints, seams and structures in SS (and occasionally other metals) according to procedures and standards. Quality assurance: inspect welds (visually/in-process), correct defects, ensure weld quality meets internal/external specs.

Maintain a safe, clean work environment: use proper PPE, follow safety rules, maintain equipment, and ensure ventilation.

Provide input into process improvements—suggest better weld settings, material handling, fabrication workflow (R&D mindset). Be ready to join immediately; hold valid Gulf experience or be willing and able to relocate/enter the Gulf region. Required Skills & Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in MIG welding of sheet metal, ideally including stainless steel. Gulf region experience preferred. Experience with sheet-metal fabrication: working with laser-cut parts, bending/forming, fitting, welding, and finishing.
