Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to accurately determine welding requirements and specifications.
  • Utilize various welding techniques, such as MIG, TIG, and Stick welding, to join metal components with precision and efficiency.
  • Inspect welded joints for integrity and quality, ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
  • Maintain and calibrate welding equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Completed a high school diploma or equivalent; additional vocational training in welding is preferred.
  • Hold relevant welding certifications, such as AWS or ASME, demonstrating proficiency in various techniques.
  • A minimum of 2 years of hands-on welding experience in industrial or construction settings is required.
  • Familiarity with reading and interpreting technical drawings and schematics to facilitate accurate work.
