Roles & Responsibilities
The Welder will be responsible for carrying out high-quality welding and fabrication work, including the construction and repair of steel tanks and related structures. The role involves reading and , operating welding equipment with precision, and ensuring all welds meet industry standards for strength and durability. The welder must also conduct inspections of completed work, perform basic maintenance of tools and equipment, and strictly follow safety procedures while contributing to the smooth workflow of the workshop.
Desired Candidate Profile
The desired candidate should have solid hands-on experience in welding and fabrication, especially with steel structures and tanks. Candidates from India, Bangladesh, or Nepal are preferred, and they must be able to communicate in Hindi, Urdu, or Bengali. The ideal applicant will be hardworking, reliable, and committed to producing high-quality welding work. He should be able to follow instructions accurately, maintain safety standards, and work well both independently and as part of a team.
