Perform MIG, TIG, ARC, Gas Welding and Brazing operations as required Weld and braze small and sensitive components with precision Read, interpret, and follow fabrication drawings, blueprints, and technical instructions Prepare materials, align parts, and ensure proper fit before welding Inspect welded joints for quality and compliance with specifications Ensure all tools and welding equipment are maintained in good condition Follow workplace safety standards and proper welding procedures Coordinate with the production team to ensure timely completion of tasks Qualifications & Requirements Minimum 2 years of relevant welding or brazing experience Strong hands-on experience with multiple welding techniques Ability to handle small parts and perform fine, accurate work Good understanding of metal fabrication and welding standards Basic communication skills in English and Hindi
