Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Welding Superintendent
Oversee safe and efficient welding activities in the yard, ensuring compliance with HSES standards and project schedules.
- Plan and allocate manpower, equipment, and resources.
- Monitor productivity, schedules, and budgets.
- Conduct safety talks and drive team training.
- Maintain high welding quality with minimal QC comments.
- Liaise with managers, engineers, and other trades for project workflow.
- Lead and coach supervisors, foremen, and chargehands.
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements:
- For over 08 to 15Yrs,Should worked within the energy sector - oil specifically.
- A related education - perhaps a diploma, certificate, or university degree.
3.Excellent leadership and communication skills.
4. Strong planning, safety, and technical knowledge.
