Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Perform accurate wheel alignment and balancing using computerized alignment systems.
  • Inspect suspension, steering components, tires, and wheel bearings for wear and safety issues.
  • Diagnose and correct alignment problems caused by vehicle damage, uneven wear, or mechanical faults.
  • Adjust camber, caster, and toe angles to manufacturer specifications.
  • Ensure alignment equipment is calibrated and maintained in proper working condition.
  • Assist in tire fitting, rotation, balancing, and inspection when necessary.
  • Record all alignment measurements, adjustments, and services performed.
  • Communicate findings to the Service Advisor and recommend necessary repairs or adjustments.
  • Follow workshop safety procedures and maintain cleanliness of tools and work area.
  • Uphold Liberty Car Care’s standards of accuracy, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Technical Certificate in Automotive Technology or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Wheel Alignment Technician or in a related automotive role.
  • Proficient in operating wheel alignment and balancing equipment.
  • Strong understanding of suspension, steering, and tire systems.
  • Ability to identify and correct alignment and vibration issues.
  • Valid UAE driving license preferred.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic an advantage.
