The Wi-Fi Solutions Sales Account Manager will be responsible for managing Telco partners.
Responsibilities:This is a full-time on-site role for a Wi-Fi Solutions Sales Account Manager located in Riyadh Region.. The Wi-Fi Solutions Sales Account Manager will be responsible for managing customer accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing excellent customer service, generating leads, and effectively communicating with clients. Day-to-day tasks include meeting sales targets, developing and maintaining relationships with clients, preparing and delivering presentations on Wi-Fi solutions, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client needs are met.
Preferred Qualifications:- Education/Certification: Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
- Account Management and Lead Generation skills
- Excellent Communication skills
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Experience in the telecommunications industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Experience: 5-7 Years of experience in the similar field
- Technical Skills: Knowledge of Wi-Fi, Wired and Wireless network
