SP in the Middle East is looking for a positive, proactive, and results-driven Emirati graduate with a background in architecture and strong communication skills. This role is a unique opportunity for a recent graduate to gain exposure to the strategic side of the design and consultancy industry, working alongside senior leaders to support proposals, strategic planning, and client engagement for some of the region s most iconic projects.You will support bid coordination, proposal development, and design documentation, while learning how strategy, governance, and market awareness play a key role in winning work.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with senior team members to develop winning proposals for high-profile architecture and consultancy projects.Assist in developing and implementing strategy and tracking market segment targets.Support preparation of technical content, CVs, and project experience documentation for proposals and EOIs.Help ensure governance, branding, and quality processes are followed across all submissions.Participate in internal planning meetings, reviews, and proposal strategy sessions.Contribute to cross-functional collaboration between architecture, commercial, and business development teams.Conduct basic research and analysis on market trends, competitors, and industry events to inform proposal development.Assist in organizing or attending industry events, conferences, or client meetings where appropriate.QualificationsUAE National (Emirati passport holder)Bachelor s degree in Architecture or a related design field (graduated within the past 0 1 years)Excellent command of written and spoken English and ArabicInterest in architecture, strategic thinking, and proposal writingFamiliarity with bid and proposal development processes is a plusStrong attention to detail, organization, and formattingProficient in Adobe Creative Suite (especially InDesign, Illustrator) and Microsoft OfficeStrong visual presentation and layout skillsEagerness to learn and work in a collaborative, deadline-driven environment
