Roles & Responsibilities
Manage and expand automotive and wood coatings product lines.
Drive market growth through strategic marketing, innovation, and close collaboration with sales and projects teams.
Conduct regular field visits with customers and workshops to gather market insights.
Support pricing, packaging, and positioning for competitiveness.
Monitor product performance and use data for continuous improvement.
Execute seasonal marketing campaigns and support product launches.
Identify opportunities for innovation and new product development.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Marketing or Business Administration
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
Understanding of pricing, positioning, and market analysis
Paints experience is a must
