Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Manufacture, assemble, and repair wooden pallets as per required sizes and specifications
Operate carpentry tools and machines such as cutting saws, nail guns, drilling machines, and sanders
Measure, mark, cut, and shape wood components accurately
Ensure pallets meet quality, strength, and safety standards
Inspect raw wood materials and report defects or wastage
Maintain cleanliness and safety in the workshop area
Follow production targets and supervisor instructions
Assist in loading/unloading pallets when required
Perform routine maintenance of tools and equipment
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 2–3 years experience in wooden pallet manufacturing or carpentry work
Hands-on knowledge of wood cutting, nailing, assembling, and repairing pallets
Ability to read basic measurements and drawings
Physically fit and able to work in a factory / yard environment
Knowledge of workplace safety practices
Ability to work independently and in a team
Preference for candidates with Gulf experience (added advantage)
Immediate joiners preferred
