Serves as the Work Order Coordinator for the Visual Information Support Section. Responsible for receiving, processing, prioritizing Work Orders received by the customer(s) for the VIS from both Camp Arifjan/Buehring TSC locations.
MAJOR JOB ACTIVITIES:
Reviews, accepts and processes Requests for Accounts, DA Form 1687 Delegation of Authority Signature cards in accordance with procedures determined by the Training Support Center Statement of Work.
Maintains DA Form 3903 Work Order Suspense File and notifies customers when work orders are complete and ready for pickup.
Processes DA Form 3903 Work Requests, forwards to US Government and/or Manager for approval and prioritization, and assigns work orders to concerned Shops, (Graphics, DFS, Photo Lab, etc.) for completion.
Administers the Customer Accounts Database, maintaining records of all active and inactive accounts, publishes new TSC-Customer Accounts List each week and notifies customer units of upcoming expiration dates.
Communicates directly with military customer units, explains forms and processes, and directs customers to appropriate shop for consultation on work requests.
Assists with preparation of weekly, monthly and annual Workload Performance Data Reports.
When requested, assist the customer with classified work order execution
Maintains automated records and physical Work Order files in accordance with company policies and regulations.
Performs other related duties as required.

Indoor and/or outdoor environment.
Standard work week will be six (6) days per week for up to eight (8) hours per day. May work 12-hour shifts as required.
May be required to work an uncommon schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
Must be able to work in extreme environmental conditions including dust and high temperatures.
Must have professional appearance consistent with US military customs.
