Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented workshop engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in mechanical engineering and a strong interest in the design and manufacturing of molds, dies, and mechanical components.

Responsibilities

  • Design and manufacture mechanical components.
  • Design and fabricate metal molds and dies according to production requirements.
  • Monitor and supervise daily workshop operations.
  • Coordinate with production and maintenance departments to support manufacturing needs.
  • Ensure compliance with technical specifications, quality standards, and delivery schedules.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives within the workshop.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (Production & Mechanical Design preferred).
  • 0 1 year of experience in designing and manufacturing molds, dies, and mechanical components.
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
  • Fluency in both Arabic and English.
