Roles & Responsibilities

Description:

A well-established automotive company is seeking an experienced Workshop Service Manager to lead its workshop operations in the UAE. The ideal candidate will supervise technicians, ensure quality service and repairs, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction while optimizing operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead workshop operations by ensuring smooth workflow, high productivity, and consistent service quality.
  • Manage and develop staff, establishing performance benchmarks, overseeing training programs, and conducting evaluations.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and all relevant legal requirements.
  • Oversee customer service, addressing escalated technical or operational issues to maintain client satisfaction.
  • Control budgets and approve major repair or parts decisions, optimizing resource allocation.
  • Monitor KPIs and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

Requirements:

  • Education: Degree or certification in mechanical or technical fields.
  • Experience: 8 10 years in a large-scale workshop with leadership responsibilities.
  • Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of automotive mechanics and workshop operations.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to motivate, guide, and develop teams to achieve high performance.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication, customer service, integrity, and strong sense of responsibility.
