Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Oversee daily workshop operations, ensuring tasks are executed efficiently while maintaining a safe working environment.
Must be living in Musaffaha Preferred speaking Hindi also Nepali
Desired Candidate Profile
- A bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field is preferred for a strong technical foundation.
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience in a workshop or manufacturing environment, showcasing leadership capabilities.
- Relevant certifications in safety management, project management, or a specific technical discipline are highly regarded.
- Experience in supervising teams and managing projects, demonstrating an ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
