Workshop Supervisor S K OVERSEAS HR CONSULTANCY

• Supervise day-to-day operations in the fabrication workshop, ensuring optimal workflow and

resource allocation.

• Interpret engineering drawings and fabrication blueprints.

• Plan, schedule, and allocate jobs to workshop personnel in accordance with project

requirements.

• Ensure that all fabrication works, including cutting, welding, bending, and assembling, meet

quality standards and specifications.

• Enforce strict compliance with HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) standards and ensure safe

work practices are followed.

• Conduct routine inspections of workshop tools, machinery, and equipment to ensure operational

readiness and initiate maintenance as needed.

• Provide technical guidance and training to workshop personnel.

• Monitor stock levels of fabrication materials (e.g., steel plates, pipes, welding rods) and

coordinate with procurement for timely replenishment.

• Maintain detailed records of work progress, labor, material usage, and job completion.

• Liaise with project engineers, QA/QC inspectors, and clients as required.

• Implement continuous improvement practices to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
