Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily workshop operations to ensure adherence to safety standards and quality control protocols, effectively reducing incidents and enhancing productivity.
  • Coordinate and schedule tasks among technicians, ensuring optimal resource allocation and timely completion of projects to meet client deadlines.
  • Conduct regular inspections of equipment and tools, initiating maintenance or repairs as necessary to prevent downtime and maintain operational efficiency.
  • Train and mentor team members on best practices, fostering skill development to enhance overall team performance and morale.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • A minimum of a high school diploma, with a preference for a technical degree or certification in a related field.
  • Proven experience of at least 5 years in a supervisory role within a mechanical or technical workshop environment.
  • Familiarity with industry-specific tools and machinery, showcasing hands-on technical expertise.
  • Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team, promoting a positive work environment.
