Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

The Wound Care Nurse functions as a care provider, educator, and consultant, providing leadership through preceptor and quality improvement roles, and possessing excellent communication skills for mentoring, teaching, and committee participation.

Experience:

Required:

Not less than 4 years of clinical experience post qualification in an appropriate & relevant healthcare settings

Not less than 2 years experience in the wound care unit.

Educational Qualification: Required:

Bachelor s degree in nursing OR Degree in Nursing (minimum two (2) years course duration) and Registration as a Registered Nurse from Canada, USA, UK, Ireland, South Africa, New Zealand, and Australia

Valid/current national license.
